Sydney Tours Bondi 30/09/12 and 28/10/12

Flamin' Galah Sydney Tours - Sunday, October 28, 2012

Bondi is definitely a must-see for anyone visiting Sydney and if you happen to visit in brilliant sunshine or during the Sculptures by the Sea exhibition, then you will see for yourself why Bondi has been labelled as one of the World's most famous beaches!  As well as the beach, Bondi has a rich and diverse culture that lives under the surface.  It is full of eccentric people, living wild and crazy lifestyles and has a vibrant cafe and surf scene which can only be fully appreciated if you actually live there for some time and not just witnessed by passing though.  Non the less, you can't ignore that Bondi is an exiting place and offers great attractions.  As well as high end boutique markets, I think the jewel in Bondi's crown is the superb coastal walk south that takes you to some of its neighboring beaches.  This is a great walk but during the Sculptures by the Sea exhibition, this walk comes to life and attracts people from all over the World to view sculptures from all over the World.  Imaginably positioned, these sculptures a very thought provoking and are unique to Bondi.  The tours we did finished up with a BBQ in the park and a great chance to soak up the atmosphere.
