Sydney Tours Bush and Beaches Tour

Flamin' Galah Sydney Tours - Friday, May 24, 2013

As mentioned in another blog, we have been working closely with student groups and during the summer we took two bus loads of students on our beloved Sydney Bush and Beaches Tour.  This tour is by far and away the one we are most proud of.

It is totally unique and is filled with highlights.  It is varied throughout, from having an active bush walk component as well as a relaxing and very scenic ferry cruise.  It includes the chance to see Aboriginal carvings, as well as some epic bush and coastal views.  We nearly always see wildlife from bush wallabys, through to Goannas and of course whale sightings in season.  The tour can also include a very tasty fish and chips lunch beside the calm and peaceful waters of Pittwater. As the tour heads South, we visit Palm Beach where there is a chance to see the film set of Home and Away, as well as spectacular neighbouring beaches like Whale Beach, Avalon Beach and Bilgola Beach.  The tour finishes up in Manly, where we most definitely save the best view until last at Manly's North Head.  Here you get the pleasure of seeing the full length of glorious Sydney Habour from a elevated position and with spectacular views of South Head, Middle Head and Dobroyd Head. Truly a tour that surprises everyone - the very best way to get out of the City, away from tourists, allowing you the space and time to breath in the fresh clean air around some of Australia's most spectacular landscapes.  Tempted??
