SYDNEY'S HOTELS GET AN AMAZING FACELIFT

Sydney’s accommodation sector is experiencing a multi-million dollar revitalisation following a recent spate of openings, refurbishments and announced hotel developments.

Sydney’s accommodation sector is experiencing a multi-million dollar revitalisation following a recent spate of openings, refurbishments and announced hotel developments.

Last week saw the re-opening of The Langham Hotel, a luxurious 5 star boutique hotel in The Rocks, following a $30 million refurbishment. The hotel now boasts spacious guestrooms, luxury amenities and fine dining including the famous Langham Afternoon Tea.

In Sydney’s leafy suburb of Double Bay, the hotly anticipated InterContinental Sydney Double Bay opened its doors last month after a multi-million dollar refurbishment of the former Ritz Carlton property, transforming the hotel into an Eastern Suburbs destination, complete with rooftop pool and concept gin bar. November also saw the Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney complete a $12 million refurbishment, refreshing and revitalising the 5-star hotel.

This news is of importance for Flamin' Galah Sydney Tours and Airport Transfers as the hotel industry is the backbone of the tourism industry.  Simply put, if the hotels are in good shape and please the visitors, then this will encourage further visitation.  Sydney tours are also high on the list for people spending money and we hope all this will mean more visitors for Flamin' Galah in terms of private charters and customised tours and also the Home and Away Tour to Palm Beach, Summer Bay.
